* § 1131. State and town not liable on authority bonds. Neither the\nstate nor the town shall be liable on the bonds of the authority and\nsuch bonds shall not be a debt of the state, or the town, and such bonds\nshall contain, on the face thereof, a statement to such effect.\n * NB There are 2 § 1131's\n
