§ 1118. Albany water board. For the benefit of the city of Albany and\nthe inhabitants thereof, a water board to be known as the Albany water\nboard is hereby established for the accomplishment of any or all of the\npurposes specified in title six of article five of this chapter. It\nshall have the powers and duties now or hereafter conferred by title six\nof article five of this chapter upon a water board. It shall be\norganized in a manner prescribed by and be subject to the provisions of\ntitle six of article five of this chapter. The water board, its members,\nofficers and employees and its operations and activities shall in all\nrespects be governed by the provisions of title six of article five of\nthis chapter.\n
