§ 1090 — Expenses of hearing

§ 1090. Expenses of hearing. The expenses of any hearing,\ndetermination or other action which the provisions of this title require\nof the water power and control commission shall be paid by the\napplicant. Bills for such expenses shall be certified by said commission\nto the applicant and paid by the applicant directly to the claimant\nwithin thirty days of the date of such certification.\n
