§ 1072 — Effect of inconsistent provisions

§ 1072. Effect of inconsistent provisions. In so far as the provisions\nof this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any other act,\ngeneral or special, or of any local law, the provisions of this title\nshall be controlling.\n
