§ 1061. State, county and municipalities not liable on bonds. The\nbonds and other obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the\nstate of New York or of the county or of any municipality in the county,\nand neither the state nor the county nor any municipality in the county\nshall be liable thereon, nor shall they be payable out of any funds\nother than those of the authority.\n
