§ 1052. Erie county water authority district. There is hereby created\na district to be known as the "Erie county water authority district"\nwhich shall embrace so much of the territory included within the\nterritorial limits of the county of Erie, as may be outside the\nterritorial limits of the city of Buffalo, except the township of\nTonawanda, including the village of Kenmore, in the state of New York.\n
