§ 1049 — Buffalo water board

§ 1049. Buffalo water board. For the benefit of the city of Buffalo\nand the inhabitants thereof, a water board, to be known as the BUFFALO\nWATER BOARD, is hereby established for the accomplishment of any or all\nof the purposes specified in title two-B of article five of this\nchapter. It shall have the powers and duties now or hereafter conferred\nby title two-B of article five of this chapter upon a water board. It\nshall be organized in a manner prescribed by and be subject to the\nprovisions of title two-B of article five of this chapter. The board,\nits members, officers and employees and its operations and activities\nshall in all respects be governed by the provisions of title two-B of\narticle five of this chapter.\n
