* § 1043. Title not affected if in part unconstitutional or\nineffective. If any section, clause or provision of this title shall be\nunconstitutional or be ineffective in whole or in part, in its terms or\nin its operation, to the extent that it is not unconstitutional or\nineffective it shall be valid and effective and no other section, clause\nor provision shall on account thereof be deemed invalid or ineffective.\n * NB Terminated July 1, 1963\n
