* § 1037. State and county not liable on bonds. The bonds and other\nobligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the state or of the\ncounty, and, subject to section one thousand forty-one, the board shall\nhave no power to make them payable out of any funds except those of the\nauthority.\n * NB Terminated July 1, 1963\n
