§ 1020-z. Corporate existence. The authority and its corporate\nexistence shall continue until terminated by law, provided, however,\nthat no such law shall take effect so long as the authority shall have\nbonds, notes or other obligations outstanding, unless adequate provision\nhas been made for the payment thereof.\n
