* § 1020-v. Separability clause. If any section, clause or provision\nof this title shall be held by a competent court to be unconstitutional\nor ineffective in whole or in part, in its terms or in its operation, to\nthe extent that it is not unconstitutional or ineffective it shall be\nvalid and effective and no other section, clause or provision shall on\naccount thereof be deemed invalid or ineffective.\n * NB There are 2 § 1020-v's\n
