* § 1020-r. Officers and employees not to be interested in\ntransactions. It shall be a misdemeanor for any of the members of the\nauthority, or any officer, agent, servant or employee thereof, employed\nor appointed by them to be in any way or manner interested directly or\nindirectly in the furnishing of work, materials, supplies or labor, or\nin any contract therefor which the authority is empowered by this title\nto make.\n * NB There are 2 § 1020-r's\n
