* § 1020-j. State and village not liable on bonds and notes. The bonds\nand other obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the state\nor of the village and, subject to section one thousand twenty-o of this\ntitle, the board shall have no power to make them payable out of any\nfunds except those of the authority.\n * NB There are 2 § 1020-j's\n
