§ 1015. Title not affected if in part unconstitutional or ineffective.\nIf any term or provision of this title shall be declared\nunconstitutional or ineffective in whole or in part by a court of\ncompetent jurisdiction, then to the extent that it is not\nunconstitutional or ineffective such term or provision shall be enforced\nand effectuated, nor shall such determination be deemed to invalidate\nthe remaining terms or provisions hereof.\n
