§ 19 — Partial invalidity

§ 19. Partial invalidity.\n If any provision of this act, or the application thereof to any person\nor circumstance, shall be adjudged by any court of competent\njurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such judgment shall not\naffect, impair or invalidate the remainder of this act or the\napplication of such provision to any other person or circumstance, but\nshall be confined in its operation to the provision, person and\ncircumstance directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment\nshall have been rendered.\n
