§ 71 — Water closet and bath accommodations
§ 71. Water closet and bath accommodations. Every water closet or\nbathroom installed in transient dwellings on or after July first,\nnineteen hundred fifty-two, and in transient dwellings converted on or\nafter such date shall be constructed in conformity with the provisions\nof section one hundred seventy-one.\n
