§ 93. Discharges.
1.An enlisted person may be discharged from any\nforce of the organized militia prior to the expiration of his term of\nenlistment under such conditions as may be prescribed by applicable laws\nand regulations of the United States and by this chapter and by\nregulations issued pursuant to this chapter.\n 2. An enlisted person discharged from a force of the organized militia\nshall receive a discharge in writing in such form and of such type or\nclassification as may be prescribed by applicable laws and regulations\nof the United States and by regulations issued pursuant to this chapter.\n
