§ 130.92. Releasing prisoner without proper authority. Any person\nsubject to this code who, without proper authority, releases any\nprisoner duly committed to his charge, or who through neglect or design\nsuffers any such prisoner to escape, shall be punished as a\ncourt-martial may direct.\n
