§ 130.90. Mutiny or sedition.
(a)Any person subject to this code--\n (1) who with intent to usurp or override lawful military authority\nrefuses, in concert with any other person or persons, to obey orders or\notherwise do his duty or creates any violence or disturbance is guilty\nof mutiny;\n (2) who with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of lawful\ncivil authority, creates, in concert with any other person or persons,\nrevolt, violence, or other disturbance against such authority is guilty\nof sedition;\n (3) who fails to do his utmost to prevent and suppress an offense of\nmutiny or sedition being committed in his presence, or fails to take all\nreasonable means to inform his superior or commanding officer of an\noffense of mutiny or sedition which he knows or has reaso
