§ 130.86. Assaulting or willfully disobeying officer. Any person\nsubject to this code who--\n (1) strikes his superior officer or draws or lifts up any weapon or\noffers any violence against him while he is in the execution of his\noffice; or\n (2) wilfully disobeys a lawful command of his superior officer;\nshall be punished as a court-martial may direct.\n
