§ 130.46. Opportunity to obtain witnesses and other evidence. The\ntrial counsel, defense counsel, and the court-martial shall have equal\nopportunity to obtain witnesses and other evidence in accordance with\nregulations issued by the governor pursuant to this chapter. Process\nissued in court-martial cases to compel witnesses to appear and testify\nand to compel the production of other evidence shall run to any part of\nthe state and to any other state in which the court-martial may be\nsitting.\n
