§ 130.28. Appointment of reporters and interpreters. Under such\nregulations as the adjutant general may prescribe, the convening\nauthority of a military court shall appoint qualified court reporters,\nwho shall record the proceedings of and testimony taken before such\ncourt. Under like regulations the convening authority of a military\ncourt may appoint an interpreter who shall interpret for the court.\n
