§ 130.14. Delivery of offenders to civil authorities.

(a)Under such\nregulations as may be issued pursuant to this chapter, a person subject\nto this code accused of an offense against civil authority may be\ndelivered, upon request, to the civil authority for trial.\n (b) When delivery under this article is made to any civil authority of\na person undergoing sentence of a court-martial, such delivery, if\nfollowed by conviction in a civil tribunal, shall be held to interrupt\nthe execution of the sentence of the court-martial, and the offender\nafter having answered to the civil authorities for his offense shall,\nupon the request of the adjutant general, be returned to military\ncustody for the completion of the said court-martial sentence.\n
