§ 10. Military staff of the governor. The military staff of the\ngovernor shall consist of the adjutant general and such aides as the\ngovernor shall deem necessary who shall be commissioned officers\ndetailed by the governor from the organized militia. Officers detailed\nunder this section shall not be relieved from their ordinary duties\nexcept when actually on duty with the governor. The military staff of\nthe governor shall perform such ceremonial functions and duties as the\ngovernor may prescribe.\n
