§ 9.49 Transfer of juvenile delinquents.\n (a) The commissioner shall receive and arrange the admission to the\nappropriate office facility of juvenile delinquents temporarily\ntransferred to his custody pursuant to section 353.4 of the family court\nact.\n (b) Immediately upon the admission of a juvenile to an office facility\npursuant to this section, the director shall comply with the provisions\nof section 9.07 of this chapter, and the mental hygiene legal service\nshall contact such juvenile and explain and make available the\nfacilities thereof. Any juvenile placed pursuant to this section shall\nbe subject to the provisions of article nine of this chapter.\n
