§ 7.39 Registration and notification of boards of directors or trustees\n of certain voluntary not-for-profit facilities or corporations.\n (a) Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation, the executive\ndirector, chairperson or president of a voluntary, not-for-profit\ncorporation or facility which is subject to the jurisdiction of the\noffice of mental health shall furnish annually to the commissioner a\nlist of the names and addresses of the current members of the board of\ndirectors or trustees of such facility or corporation. Failure to\nfurnish such annual list shall remove such facility or corporation from\nconsideration for recertification.\n (b) In the event that such facility or corporation is found to be in\nviolation of the provisions of this chapter or of rules
