§ 41.45 Development grants for residential care centers for adults.\n The commissioner of mental health is authorized, within appropriations\nmade therefor, to make grants to local governmental units and voluntary\nagencies for up to one hundred percent of the reasonable pre-operational\ncosts associated with efforts to establish residential care centers for\nadults, including legal fees and initial management staffing.\n
