§ 41.32 Transitional provisions for local assistance funding of\n federally funded demonstration projects for treatment of\n alcoholics.\n Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of law, whenever\ndemonstration projects for treatment of alcoholics are converted to\nlocal assistance formula funding from federal funding such conversion\nshall be adjusted so that the percentage of local contribution for such\nproject does not exceed twenty percent of the cost of such projects\nduring the first year of transition, thirty-five percent of such costs\nduring the second year of transition or fifty percent of such costs\nduring the third year of transition.\n
