* § 13.41 Integrated employment plan.\n (a) The commissioner, in consultation with the developmental\ndisabilities advisory council, shall establish a plan to increase\nemployment opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. The\nplan shall include, but not be limited to:\n (1) identification of strategies to increase competitive employment\nopportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities, including\nstudents transitioning from educational programs;\n (2) data concerning job retention among individuals with developmental\ndisabilities and the identification of strategies to increase job\nretention;\n (3) identification of models of integrated employment promoting, to\nthe greatest extent possible, individuals with developmental\ndisabilities working alongside
