§ 90. Notice of issuance of warrant to be published and served. Within\nthree days after the issue of the warrant, the applicant shall cause a\nnotice to be published once in each week for two consecutive weeks, in a\nnewspaper published in the county where the vessel was seized, stating\nthe issuance of the warrant, the date thereof, the amount of the claim\nspecified therein, the name of the applicant, and the time and place of\nthe return of the order to show cause granted as prescribed in this\narticle.\n
