* § 82. Legislative commissions. Expenditures made from appropriations\nand reappropriations to the legislature for services and expenses of\nshared legislative commissions, task forces and councils, including, but\nnot limited to those set forth in this article and article five-B of\nthis chapter, shall be paid upon the approval of the temporary president\nof the senate and the speaker of the assembly, unless otherwise\nspecified by law. Such expenditures shall be payable after audit by and\non the warrant of the comptroller upon vouchers certified by the\ntemporary president of the senate or his or her designee and the speaker\nof the assembly or his or her designee.\n * NB Repealed June 30, 2026\n
