§ 35. Form of request for the convening of an extraordinary session.\na. A request for the convening of an extraordinary session, which may be\nsubmitted by at least one member of an individual house, shall state the\nsubject or subjects sought to be acted upon, and shall be on forms\nprepared and provided by the clerk or secretary of such house.\n b. A joint request for the convening of an extraordinary session,\nwhich may be submitted by at least one member of each house, shall state\nthe subject or subjects sought to be acted upon, and shall be on forms\nprepared and provided by the clerk and secretary of both houses jointly.\n
