§ 1-q. Record of appearances. The commission shall promulgate all\nrules or regulations and any procedures, forms, or instructions\nnecessary to implement the provisions of section one hundred sixty-six\nof the executive law relating to the quarterly filing of the record of\nappearances before regulatory agencies.\n
