§ 93. Appointment of clerks and deputy clerks of the appellate\ndivisions.

1.The justices of the appellate division of the supreme\ncourt in each department shall, from time to time, appoint and shall\nhave the power to remove a clerk.\n 2. The presiding justice of the appellate division of the supreme\ncourt in each of the third and fourth departments, shall, with the\napproval of the other justices of said department, have power to appoint\nand remove a deputy to the clerk of said appellate division.\n
