§ 65. Rules of the commission.

1.The commission shall adopt, and may\namend, written rules of procedure not inconsistent with law.\n 2. Rules of the commission shall be filed with the secretary of state\nand the clerk of the court of appeals and shall be published in the\nofficial compilation of codes, rules and regulations of the state. Upon\nrequest of any person, the secretary of state shall furnish a copy of\nthe commission's rules without charge.\n 3. Rules of the commission may prescribe forms and questionnaires to\nbe completed and, if required by the commission, verified by candidates.\n 4. Rules of the commission shall provide that upon the completion by\nthe commission of its consideration and evaluation of the qualifications\nof a candidate, there shall be no reconsiderati
