§ 58 — Appointment of clerks to judges of court of appeals

§ 58. Appointment of clerks to judges of court of appeals. Each judge\nof the court of appeals may appoint and at pleasure remove a clerk. The\nchief judge, in addition thereto, is authorized to appoint a\nconfidential clerk.\n
