Text

§ 544. Transmission of abrogation of filiation order. If an order of\nfiliation is abrogated by a later judgment or order of the court that\noriginally made the order or by another court on appeal, that fact shall\nbe immediately communicated in writing by the clerk of the court that\noriginally made the order of filiation to the state commissioner of\nhealth on a form prescribed by him. If notice of the order was given to\nthe commissioner of health of New York city, notice of abrogation shall\nbe transmitted to him.\n
