§ 60. Offenders competent witnesses; witnesses' immunity.
1.Every\nperson offending against any of the provisions of the three preceding\nsections shall be a competent witness against any other person so\noffending, and may be compelled to appear and give evidence before any\nmagistrate or grand jury or in any court in the same manner as other\npersons.\n 2. In any criminal proceeding before any court or grand jury for a\nviolation of any of the provisions of the three preceding sections, the\ncourt or grand jury may confer immunity in accordance with the\nprovisions of section 50.20 or 190.40 of the criminal procedure law.\n
