§ 53. The marshal. The marshal shall execute all orders, summons and\nprocess issued or given to him by the peacemakers or any tribunal\ncreated according to the provisions of this chapter, and shall be\nentitled to receive for his services the same fees as are allowed by law\nto constables in courts held by justices of the peace.\n
