§ 22. Annual and special reports.

1.Within one hundred twenty days\nafter the end of the fiscal year of the corporation, the directors\nthereof shall submit to the mayor, the comptroller, the city council of\nthe city of New York and the state comptroller a complete and detailed\nreport setting forth:\n (a) its operations and accomplishments during such fiscal year;\n (b) its receipts and expenditures during such fiscal year in\naccordance with categories or classifications established by the\ncorporation for its own operating and capital outlay purposes;\n (c) its assets and liabilities at the end of such fiscal year\nincluding a schedule of its bonds, notes or other obligations and the\nstatus of reserves, depreciation, special, sinking or other funds;\n (d) details of health faci
