§ 18 — Assistance to the corporation

§ 18. Assistance to the corporation. The state or city shall be\nempowered to make grants of money or property to the corporation for the\npurpose of enabling it to carry out its corporate purposes and for the\nexercise of its powers, including, but not limited to, deposits to the\ncapital reserve fund to assist the corporation in maintaining the said\ncapital reserve fund in the amounts required by section thirteen.\nNothing in this section shall be interpreted as implying that in the\nabsence thereof the state or city would not be empowered to make such\ngrants to the corporation.\n
