§ 10. Officers and employees not to be interested in transactions. It\nshall be a misdemeanor for a director of the corporation or an officer,\nagent, executive or other employee retained, employed or appointed by\nthe corporation to be in any manner or way interested, directly or\nindirectly, as principal, surety or otherwise, in a contract, the\nexpense or consideration whereof is payable out of funds of the\ncorporation.\n
