All that portion of the state highway system\nbeginning at Rooseveltown, continuing east on route thirty-seven through\nFt. Covington to Malone; continuing east from Malone on route eleven\nthrough Chateaugay, Ellenburg Depot and Mooers Forks, terminating at\nRouses Point.\n
