§ 342-iii. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the\n"Saratoga County Veterans' Memorial Highway". That portion of state\nhighway route 4 in the Village of Schuylerville (Town of Saratoga)\ncommencing at the intersection with Spring Street, south on route 4,\npast the Saratoga National Cemetery and the Saratoga Battlefield,\nthrough the Town of Stillwater into the City of Mechanicville into the\nTown of Waterford and ending at the Saratoga County line in Waterford on\nroute 4 shall be designated as the "Saratoga County Veterans' Memorial\nHighway".\n
