§ 16 — Removal of noxious weeds and brush within state highways
§ 16. Removal of noxious weeds and brush within state highways. The\ncommissioner of transportation may cause noxious weeds, briers and brush\ngrowing within the bounds of state highways to be cut and removed, and\nthe cost thereof shall be paid from funds as now provided under section\ntwo hundred and sixty-two of the highway law.\n
