§ 99-U — Municipal cooperation agreements for counties

§ 99-u. Municipal cooperation agreements for counties. The county\nlegislative body in any county may:\n 1. enter into municipal cooperation agreements, as provided in article\nfive-G of this chapter, with one or more other counties for the creation\nof a task force to determine the needs for mutual aid response to\nnatural or manmade disaster, widespread outbreak of communicable\ndisease, mass casualty incident or terrorist attack; to formulate a plan\nfor such mutual aid; and implement such plan; and\n 2. appropriate and expend such sums as it may deem necessary and\nproper for the establishment and maintenance of such municipal\ncooperation agreements.\n
