§ 47. Cancellation of registration; notice. Such registration may be\ncancelled by such board of health or the examining board of plumbers if\nso designated by local law for a violation of the rules and regulations\nfor the plumbing and drainage of such city duly adopted and enforced\ntherein, after a hearing had before such board of health or the\nexamining board of plumbers if so designated by local law and upon a\nprior notice of not less than ten days stating the ground of complaint\nand served on the person charged with the violation, but such revocation\nshall not be operative unless concurred in by the local board of\nexaminers.
