§ 45. Seal, private as corporate seal. An instrument or writing duly\nexecuted, in the corporate name of a corporation, which shall not have\nadopted a corporate seal, by the proper officers of the corporation\nunder their private seals, shall be deemed to have been executed under\nthe corporate seal.\n
