§ 32 — Municipal officers
§ 32. Municipal officers. A reference to several officers of a\nmunicipal corporation holding the same office, or to a board of such\nofficers, shall be deemed to refer to the single officer holding such\noffice, when but one person is chosen to fill such office in pursuance\nof law.\n
