§ 899-l. Prohibited conduct.
1.An athlete agent, with the intent to\ninduce a student-athlete to enter into an agency contract, shall not:\n (a) give any materially false or misleading information or make a\nmaterially false promise or representation;\n (b) furnish anything of value to a student-athlete before the\nstudent-athlete enters into the agency contract;\n (c) furnish anything of value to any other individual or another\nregistered athlete agent before the student-athlete enters into the\nagency contract; or\n (d) fail to notify the student-athlete before he or she signs or\notherwise authenticates an agency contract for a particular sport that\nthe signing or authentication may make the student-athlete ineligible to\nparticipate in that sport.\n The prohibitions contained
